Andre Reynolds

With in excess of 20 years’ experience as an human resources professional within facilities services businesses, I am seasoned at supporting leaders through people solutions. My exposure has been at a senior leadership level, which has given me invaluable insight into understanding the strategic context when developing both recruitment and human resources solutions.
I am accustomed to dealing with everything from grass-roots employment relations issues to long-term business planning, and have lengthy exposure to large unionised workforces, collective barging processes, employment disputes, engagement matters and the development of effective corporate cultures.

Having been involved in senior to mid-level recruitment within the Facilities Management field both in New Zealand and abroad, I am well versed in understanding the rigor of senior FM portfolios, and at attracting and evaluating suitable candidates able to practically contribute to business capability.

With my experience in leading teams, coupled with my enthusiasm and empathy for working with people, I am driven to add value to client organisations through supporting their employees and ensuring ‘perfect-fit’ placements. 

My years of experience in recruitment have been gained from a variety of different perspectives. Having been an operational manager in the service industry with staffing responsibilities, a recruitment consultant, and a placement specialist for people with disabilities, I am adept at quickly understanding both the rigours of a role and the unique needs and abilities of a candidate.

My recent management roles with a compliance and capability portfolio, followed by training and development responsibilities, have firmly placed me in the realm of enhancing business performance through a focusing on people. As such, I am a firm believer in the power of relationships, and place huge value on personal integrity (and humour!).
