A consequence of this approach is that we do not sell a job to a candidate, nor do we sell a candidate to an employer. We aim to develop long-term, trusting relationships with our clients through ensuring that a great candidate fit exists. This is achieved by equipping the candidate with insightful company information and the hiring manager with a frank assessment to facilitate an “eyes wide open” approach to both making an appointment offer and accepting one.

Our commitment to ensuring that the candidate investment is maximised has led to the development of our Candidate Care Programme, an after-placement candidate onboarding process. This does not replace an organisations’ onboarding programme (which we can readily assist in setting up or enhancing), but rather ensures that third party communication remains in place between the hiring manager and the candidate during the three-month settling in period following commencement
